Espai on es debaten les polítiques en matèria d'immigració i retorn
La Taula de Ciutadania i Immigració és l’espai on es debaten les estratègies que desenvolupa el Govern de la Generalitat i on s’avaluen les actuacions dutes a terme en matèria d’immigració i retorn.
A la Taula de Ciutadania i Immigració, desenvolupada pel Pacte nacional per a la immigració, deliberen de manera corresponsable les institucions, els agents socials, i entitats involucrades, a més de federacions de veïns o de pares i mares. La Taula treballa amb la finalitat que el fet transversal de la immigració tingui tots els punts de vista i sensibilitats necessaris per adequar-lo a les necessitats de la societat.
Alguns dels objectius de la Taula de Ciutadania i Immigració són contribuir a la incorporació de la població immigrada i retornada al teixit associatiu de la societat catalana, i sensibilitzar la societat catalana sobre el fet migratori i la no discriminació.
