No es pot considerar a tothom lobby, hi ha asimetria entre la influència i recursos de les grans empreses,bufets i organitzacions, i el treball de seguiment de la societat civil de participació col·lectiva o individual. Cal que els despatxos d’advocats no quedin fora d’aquest registre públic de grups d'interès.
