Per l'experiència que tenim nosaltres a les nostres finques, les persones que venen a recol·lectar el llentiscle, normalment són persones migrades de països del nord africa (Marroc, Algèria, Mali ...), les quals no sabem el seu estat legal o cobertura legal que tenen per a qui treballen. Considerem que estan sobre explotats.
Per tant considerem que es necessari una regulació per aquestes persones i pel sector.
