Els recol·lectors i/o acaparadors caldria que disposessin d’alguna acreditació conforme ha obtingut un mínim de formació per a dur a terme l’activitat seguint les bones pràctiques recollides al plec de condicions de cada espècie.
D’aquesta obligatorietat de formació se n’hauria de responsabilitzar les empreses que apleguen el material vegetal de diferents recol·lectors que haurien d’estar acreditats per a fer aquestes pràctiques.
