Les biblioteques acullen a moltes persones nouvingudes al municipi. Així doncs, es proposa la creació d’un espai d’acollida per a aquestes persones, principalment procedents d’altres països, amb l’objectiu de poder fer una acollida a nivell lingüístic i facilitar un intercanvi cultural entre les persones nouvingudes i la pròpia ciutadania.
