Si els òrgans descentralitzats acaben abordant diversos temes, també caldria crear comissions específiques de caire sectorial (integrades dins els propis òrgans descentralitzats, o bé com a òrgans independents) on es poguessin tractar i treballar problemàtiques o projectes territorials més específics.
