En els casos en que es prevegin realitzacions d’obres o actuacions en els que hi hagi una important remoció del terreny i que afecti a terrenys situats a la zona d’influència de jaciments paleontològics inventariats, zones amb expectativa paleontològica o en els que hi hagi cites bibliogràfiques de restes paleontològiques, la direcció facultativa de l’obra haurà de disposar d’un/a paleontòleg/a.
