És una opinió pràcticament unànim que la LPC ha quedat desfasada, sent una declaració d'intencions que no s'ha plasmat ni desplegat activament. Amb el espai infim limitat que ens doneu i sense pràcticament temps per aportacions, el meu suggeriment és tenir en compte el següent document de bases, on trobareu l'analisi aprofondit i el recull de propostes a tenir en compte.
