L’experiència ha constatat la ineficàcia dels EPA. Cal tornar a l’objectiu inicial de categoritzar tot el contingut dels inventaris arqueològics. Així, tots els jaciments inventariats haurien d’estar catalogats (BCIL), però amb un règim especial (EPA?).
