Actualment el pressupost de cultura i de patrimoni no arriba per satisfer les necessitats del sector (urgències, expropiació de terrenys per a salvaguardar patrimoni, pagar els profssionals del sector, etc.). Proposo que la nova llei blindi un pressupost mínim exigible a tots els governs, independentment del color i les circumstàncies del moment.
