L'actual marc legal estatal és massa restrictiu i inacceptable a l'hora d'utilitzar drones (sobretot en zones urbanes i CTR). Tot i que ultrapassa el marc de la llei, fora bo crear algun tipus de comissió per tal de fer menys feixuga la llei quan es tracta de treballs arqueològics, sobretot en àmbits restrictius, com poden ser les obres en l'arqueologia preventiva.
