Cal que la Llei estableixi mecanismes de mecenatge i donacions de caire modern, i el mateix pel que fa al foment efectiu i actiu d'una participació molt més estreta i directa en la gestió del patrimoni de les associacions relacionades amb el patrimoni, incloent-hi el voluntariat, al nivell de les nacions més modernes en aquest aspecte.
