En l'apartat del preàmbul, concretament a la darrera frase del paràgraf que fa referència a l'educació postobligatòria, caldria afegir l'orientació social en el batxillerat.
"L'acció tutorial al batxillerat i a la formació professional ha de reforçar l'orientació de caràcter personal, social, acadèmic i professional."
Durant l'articulat sí que s'esmenta, però en el redactat del preàmbul s'ha omès.
