Si s'incorpora la cotutoria com a element de millora de l'orientació educativa, serà necessari que es consideri com a un element a valorar, dotant de càrrega horaria real dins l'horari del professorat que es faci càrrec. És a dir, incorporant a l'horari una hora real d'atenció a l'alumnat o famílies que corresponen a la cotutoria.
