En coherència amb el que es recull en els punts 11.7 i 11.1.9, a aquest apartat s'hi hauria d'afegir el següent punt 11.1.13: Ordenar el fondeig d'embarcacions en les tres franges litorals adjacent a la franja costanera de l'Albera contemplada dins la Xarxa Natura 2000. Evitar la massificació d'embarcacions recreatives per tal de preservar l'Albera Maritima
