a) L'única via és l'econòmica amb incentius dobles: qui contamina paga i que reformar sigui avantatjós també en la despesa. Arreu cal electrificar completament o implantar un cicle complet de biogàs
b) No disposo d'elements de judici per poder dir res al respecte.
c) Deixar de fabricar consums industrials de combustibles fòssils excepte si integren biocombustible o residus. Els CAEs han de ser l'incentiu.
