Les normatives municipals i de polígons poden suposar un impediment al desenvolupament de renovables en sòl industrial. Cal un marc normatiu específic i de rang superior als POUM i Plans Parcials que faciliti i incentivi la instal·lació d'intsal·lacions generadors d'energia renovable (solar teulada, solar terreny i eòlica de gran potència).
Impulsar instal·lacions associades a un únic consum com a nivell de polígon.
