El que no té sentit és potenciar la biomassa mentre importem fusta d’altres països, per això és clau gravar la importació de fusta d’altres països. Si no es fa, s’acaba important de Finlàndia perquè allà la seva producció és més econòmica, però el cost energètic del seu transport la fa insostenible.
