Impulsar un pla de mobilitat general a nivell de tot Catalunya per reduir l’impacte del transport i la mobilitat. Caldria, per exemple, tenir molt en compte les diferencies entre els entorns urbans de més centralitat i els entorns rurals, en què la mobilitat depèn molt més del transport privat.
