Posar en marxa un sistema integral de protecció, preveure mesures de protecció psicològica i emocional de les persones alertadores per a que puguin fer front a la pressió que poden haver de suportar, evitar tractes injustificats a les persones alertadores, que mantinguin el seu lloc de treball i condicions, qui hagi de canviar sigui la persona denunciada.
