Podria ser una tasca de l'EAPC formar a les escoles / instituts sobre què és l'administració pública. Ajudaria a entendre als joves de què els serveix l'administració, provocar el seu interès en treballar-hi en un futur i millorar la visió que els ciutadans tenen de la mateixa.
