Totes les convocatòries d'ajuts haurien d'anar adreçades a Ens Locals, perquè si van a Municipis, nosaltres, com a EMDs, no hi podem accedir. Entenem que com a Ens inferior, les subvencions també poden ser inferiors, però no IMPOSSIBLES.
