Regular la representació als Consells Comarcals i altres organismes supramunicipals de les EMD’s. Ja que, avui dia, no hi ha una unitat de criteri respecte l’assistència d’aquestes en els Consells Comarcals i altres organismes supramunicipals, i s’hauria d’arribar a una igualtat de tracte a totes elles.
