Garantir un territori interconnectat amb mobilitat sostenible a través de xarxes i nòduls intermodals, “territori en malla”. Atenció especial a la gestió dels recursos naturals (energia, aigua, ...). Racionalitzar les infraestructures elèctriques existents i millorar la xarxa actual. Fomentar una política d’implantació d’energies renovables en el món rural.
