Integrar els farmacèutics comunitaris com equip d'atenció als centres reduiria els costos, afavoreix el seguiment i control terapèutic.
Així mateix, permetria un bon ús dels fàrmacs, millora de protocols de seguretat terapèutica. Pot millorar el control terapèutic amb el sintrom o els tractaments temporals amb corticoides, alhora una millor gestió de antibiotics. Finalment podria integrar una coordinació amb la farmàcia del SAP per millorar la gestió dels psicofàrmacs.
