Cal aclarir el punt 13.2, a) i f): incompliment reiterat
Explicació: L’incompliment reiterat, a quantes vegades es refereix? Tres? Cinc? Deu? Vint? On s'estableix la gravetat de l'incompliment? Hi ha alguna advertència abans de ser considerat incompliment reiterat? Cal doncs especificar que vol dir reiterat i prèviament poder ser advertit.
