S'ha d'acabar amb les baixades de grau sistemàtiques als 18 anys. Les limitacions d'una persona amb discapacitat no es redueixen "miraculosament" per arribar als 18 anys, ans el contrari, en molts casos, augmenten. I les mares cuidadores són més grans i estàn més malaltes i esgotades, necessiten més suports, no menys.
