Acompanyament i informació als espais on es debuta a les dependències: Hospitals, CAPS, CDIAPs, etc. La informació que tenen les treballadores socials d'aquests centres és de moment molt genèrica i poc acurada, cosa que arriba a ocasionar un estrès innecessària a les famílies. No pot ser que la informació flueixi més entre les famílies que pels canals institucionals.
