Fer un Mapa d'Actors Identificant els Actors corresponents de cada territori i per a cada un d'ells, un referent.
Fer un Catàleg / Fitxa, per identificar què ofereix cada recurs, tasques, horaris,... Que caldrà anar revisant periòdicament.
Existència de Figures Pont.
Caldrà tenir clar si es tracta de coordinació Internament entre membres de la Taula o respecte el seu treball de dia a dia. És diferent.
Ha d'haver-hi dins la TPS un espai de suport.
