Nova proposta. Es troba a faltar una solució del que seria la interacció amb l'àmbit urbà. Quines mesures s'han implementat, la previsió de riscos en inundabilitat, la planificació fluvial a llarg termini, la planificació industrial, manca de propostes de posar filtres verds en la sortida dels EDAR, etc. Perquè tots els àmbits estan relacionats.
