Nova proposta. El Pla Hidrològic de l’Estat estableix que els municipis de més de 20.000 habitants estan obligats a tenir un Pla de Sequeres, però estaria bé que els municipis de menys de 20.000 habitants també els tinguessin, perquè és molt important.
