Observacions a les mesures proposades per l'ACA. Aquesta proposta ha estat acceptada perquè:
La línia de treball vol posar blanc sobre negre aquest aspecte per tal de poder definir un full de ruta focalitzat en la recuperació d'aigua, però que tingui en compte tots els aspectes associats i garantitzi la coordinació i unitat de criteri d'altres organismes competents.
