Nova proposta. Preveure, en els nous projectes, estructures de retenció d’aigües residuals en estacions de bombament per quan hi ha problemes, ja que tenir alguns bombaments tan propers al riu (per exemple, Vila-rodona) suposa un problema quan no funcionen o entren en càrrega perquè les aigües residuals van al riu.
