En resposta al tràmit de la consulta pública prèvia a la redacció del projecte de llei del procediment administratiu i del règim jurídic de les administracions públiques fem les següents consideracions:
La nova regulació es presenta com una oportunitat per dotar de major seguretat jurídica una pràctica consolidada en l’àmbit local català, com són les mesures alternatives a la sanció econòmica.
