S’ha comentat la importància de definir els estàndards BIM en funció de les especificitats de l’obra nova i de la rehabilitació, i també en funció de les tipologies.
Potser seria convenient també definir un estàndard de BIM d’obra construïda, enfocat a l’explotació i manteniment de l’actiu al llarg de tot el cicle de vida.
