No tinc clar si és una proposta que milloraria o no la gestió, però per si està en el debat: es podria incloure a la llei el requisit de que els Directors Generals i els Directors de Serveis també siguin funcionaris de carrera? I potser el secretaris generals també? Funcionaris de carrera d’A1.
