Els processos selectius de la Generalitat de Catalunya han de ser resolts amb més rapidesa, per això les proves haurien de ser totes en tipus test, almenys en els cossos C2 auxiliars administratius i C1 administratius de la Generalitat. A l'AGE (Administració General de l'Estat) ja funciona així, tant a C2 i C1, són totes les proves en tests i es fan en un sol dia.
Fins i tot el supòsit pràctic és en test.
