La jornada laboral dels funcionaris hauria de ser per a tots la mateixa.
No té cap justificació que hi hagi Ajuntaments amb jornades de 35 hores setmanals i altres amb 37,5.
Així mateix, tampoc té sentit que en un mateix lloc de feina, en un Ajuntament obliguin a fer X número de tardes i en d'altres no.
