Quant a les proves de selecció, cal que siguin el més objectives possible, ràpides de corregir i que es fomenti l’avaluació per competències com s’està tendint a fer arreu de la Unió Europea, enlloc de l’avaluació memorística que es du a terme aquí actualment.
