El gaudiment de les vacances s'hauria de fer en el mateix període que aquestes es meriten ja que amb el sistema actual (meritació d'1 de setembre a 31 d'agost i gaudiment d'1 de gener a 31 de desembre) es generen injustícies durant el primer any d'incorporació a la feina.
