Activar el grup B que indica segons l'EBEP, que tota persona que disposi de un cicle formatiu de grau superior de formació(per exemple branca d'administració i /o comerç), pugui accedir a les places d'aquest grup que encara no s'han posat en marxa, encara que siguin per col.lectiu especific. Hi han persones que disposen d'aquesta titulació, però no d'estudis superiors i tenir l'opció de accedir a una categoria superior a administratiu.
