Recentment s'ha modificat aquesta excedència i els funcionaris que vulguen optar a un lloc d'interinatge de més categoria ja no la podran usar. Crec que això dificulta el dret a la carrera professional que exposa l'EBEP i els funcionaris perden oportunitats d'adquirir experiencia en altres grups superiors si la plaça no arriba als 2 anys d'interinatge.
