Penso que els anys que porti un interí de serveis prestats li haurien de comptar per a la consolidació de grau per quan es tregui la plaça de funcionari de carrera.
No és just que un interí hagi prestat serveis 4-5 anys per exemple en una plaça de C1-nivell 16 i després quan aprovi les opos i sigui funcionari de carrera, hagi de començar de zero per la consolidació del grau.
