La redacció dels representants de l'article 11 e, genera confusió en quins en són els membres, ja que utilitza una nomenclatura sectorial no normalitzada i que fa difícil determinar el sistema d’elecció d’un representant de sectors que no tenen una agrupació única d’entitats. S'ha de vincular la representació al Consell Català de l’Alimentació d’aquells representants que coincideixin.
