En aquesta prposta veig una restriccions que faran inviable la realització d'esdeveniments culturals, d'iniciativa privada.10 actes en tot un any es extremadament restrictiu, i fara molt de mal al nostre patrimoni cultural, crec que s'hauria d'ajustar d'uba manera mes proporcional i amb mes flexibilitat, potser 30 dies en un any seria una mesura mes adient.
