Nova proposta. El control de les dejeccions ramaderes no hauria de dependre del DARPAMR sinó de Medi Ambient o de l'ACA. No té sentit, s’apunta, que el promotor d’augmentar la cabana ramadera tingui el control de les anàlisis del sòl.
