Considerar als interins amb més de tres anys a l'Administració de Justícia i que tinguin el títol de Gestió Administrativa en l'àmbit Jurídic, exempts proves selectives ja que són dos anys de estudis específics en l'àmbit Jurídic i que es considerin els mèrits de la mateixa forma que els interins que porten més de 5 anys.
