La vigilància per fer complir la normativa del PRUG és insuficient. El PRUG ha d’establir un pla explícit de vigilància de manera que sigui avaluable qualitativa i quantitativament i ha de crear un cos de vigilància propi del parc i permanent que tingui en compte el component estacional, reforçant els mitjans durant la temporada d’estiu.
