En relació al concepte ADR caldria cercar-ne la seva traducció al català, per a què fos més entenedor. D’altra banda “La Gestió Alternativa de Conflictes (GAC)” seria la traducció del terme ADR a Catalunya. Tanmateix el mot “alternativa” significa una alternativa a la via judicial (i policial). Es un enfoc massa jurista. Proposem canviar en nom ADR (acrònim anglès) per GCC: “Gestió Col·laborativa dels Conflictes”
